1 Definitions and Interpretation

Certain words and phrases used in these Terms have specific meanings, which are described below:

3.3 Account Suspension or Cancellation

winbdd reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel any account in the following circumstances:

• If false or incomplete information is provided.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If fraud, deception, or system manipulation is suspected.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• If a serious breach of these Terms occurs.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following conditions apply when depositing funds into your winbdd account:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules must be followed for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is completed.
• Withdrawals may be partially restricted before active bonus wagering requirements are met.

4.3 Transaction Verification

winbdd reserves the right to verify any transaction for anti-money laundering purposes and user safety. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily placed on hold for investigation.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get a bonus of ৳1,500 → total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 → total balance ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw any bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (25x). Example: if you receive a bonus of ৳1,500, you must place a total of ৳37,500 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may use each promotion only once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless specifically stated.
• In the event of bonus abuse or account manipulation, the bonus will be forfeited.
• winbdd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 VIP Program

The winbdd VIP program has three tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

VIP benefits are entirely at the discretion of winbdd. The same wagering requirements that apply to bonuses may not apply to cashback — the specific terms of each campaign will be communicated separately.

7 Gaming Policy and Fair Play

7.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on the winbdd platform are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and unbiased results. Each game has its own rules which can be viewed within the game.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:
